Shipping Details

We're always working to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. 

It is important before placing a order that: Shipping information and policies only apply to the USA specifically to the 48 Lower States, outside that, remember that we are here to help, so please feel free to ask at 3SCORE for updated covered shipping area before making your order. Also for some US Islands will apply and extra shipping fee or maybe we will ship your order in separately boxes. A signature will be required upon delivery of any order valued at $300 or higher. Any person in the household can sign for the delivery.

Shipping Cost
For 3SCORE E-Tricycles Shipping is included in US for the 48 Lower States. For Warranty process and replacement parts purchased without a e-trike shipping fees will apply.

Shipping Time
We have our product in different warehouses and we try to ship our in-stock e-trikes
the next business day after an order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product's page. Check out the item's product page for the most up-to-date shipping information. Delivery times will vary depending on where you are and were we are, but usually gets around from 3 to 6 days.

Note: Special circumstances such as a high volume of orders, new product releases, or restock days may lead to longer shipping times. If this is the case, we will note it on the product page and send a follow-up reminder via email.

Shipping Method
Our e-trikes are carefully packaged and wrapped to a pallet. with ease-of-transport and a lot of protection in mind. If you receive an open box, a damage box, a box without a pallet, you should take pictures and video and let the driver knows about it, it is important that the driver makes the note, before open that box you should reach us and report that through an email.

Shipping is offered through our trusted carriers (the list is growing every month), and we may use UPS/DHL/Fedex for items smaller than a e-trike. Once your item ships, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can track your package.

Note: We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

For shipments outside of US and all non-EU countries, you shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining, at its cost, all legally required approvals, licenses, permits, registrations, certifications and other documents relating to the importation of the products, and you shall be responsible for all costs and expenses relating to the products’ transit across another country’s border.

Failed delivery
3SCORE cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the execution of the purchase order by the buyer, nor for any damages or delays after handover to the carrier if the latter is arranged by the buyer.

If the goods are not received or collected at the time or within the deadline specified, the goods will be returned to 3SCORE, who will contact the buyer to schedule a second delivery attempt or to agree on the future course of action. Unless otherwise agreed, any delivery attempt starting from the second shall be at the User’s expense.

Bike Assembly After Delivery
3SCORE E-trikes are shipped 75% assembled, which means there is some assembly required before you can ride. You should always receive the latest version on the 3SCORE Digital Manual and check Assembly videos. If you need further assistance please reach us, we will more than happy to help.
