We offer high quality electric tricycles assembled and tested by professionals with years of experience on this field, and our brand stand behind each electric trike that we build and ship. But If for any reason, after receiving your electric trike, you are not 100% satisfied, simply contact us to discuss the return,

Check the following cases to evaluate what fits better:

Case 1 Order made but not shipped: Cancellation requests for in-stock etrike orders must be submitted within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Cancellation requests submitted after the first 24 hours will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please note our automated shipping process sends orders to our distribution centers to process without delay. Your order may ship before you receive tracking information. If you wish to cancel, we can recall your order or refuse the shipment at delivery. A restocking fee would apply.

Case 2 Order Shipped: Buyers may return, undamaged and unused E-Trike within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee regular season sales in holidays or high season sales 25% restocking fee, IMPORTAN: Do not return the product unless you receive instructions for it, please notify by email. Shipping charges are non-refundable (even the existence of a current or past promotion). Return shipping and insurance is 100% responsibility of the buyer. Items must be received at our main warehouse (ask for instructions) no later than 30 days in the original box correctly wrapped to a pallet. If the etrike is returned in less than new or original condition, our company reserves the right to deduct for any damages, including excessive mileage. Please save your box and take extreme care in repackaging the tricycle and wrapping to the pallet.

To return an e-trike, any accessory or replacement parts that is not defective or damaged, you must contact us by email within fourteen (14) days of your delivery date. The e-trike must be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.). You must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from us. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns are not allowed after fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.

When you receive your e-trike you should:

- check for any box external damage if there is any problem take pictures and send an emails with all the information

- check product label (should be the same that you ordered), if there is any problem do not open the box and report the issue ASAP.

*Please DO NOT initiate return WITHOUT ANY written acknowledgement. Such returns will be deemed unsuccessful.

Due to the nature of certain products, some cannot be returned by normal post. This applies for example to the battery. When returning tricycles and batteries, we recommend using the original packaging which is customized to avoid damaging these items.

Case 3 Order Shipped Customized product: For a product customized to your preference and requirements, unfortunately we will not be able to accept returns.

Case 4 Non-returnable/non-refundable Items: Used Products, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards and gifted orders shall not be returnable except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction covered by our warranty, and then only after receipt of our approval for the return. “Built and Delivered” fees are nonrefundable.

Case 5 Pre-Orders and Backorders cancellations: Your credit/debit card will be charged immediately for all pre-orders or backorders, regardless of when the item ships. You can cancel your order before it ships without penalty. You will need to contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.

Case 6 Returns of promo items: Any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value, refunds will be made after the product is received and inspected.

Case 7 Order Changes: We are unable to modify the items in your order once placed. If your order has not shipped, we can cancel your current order. You will need to place a new order for the desired items. If your order has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please see our return policy above.

Case 8 Address Changes: We understand that sometimes life happens, and some address changes may be necessary. However, we cannot update the shipping or billing address once your order is confirmed. You will need to place a new order for the desired items. If your order has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please see our return policy above. All orders require a signature at delivery. For this reason, you will be unable to submit an address change with the carrier. If you need to request an address change for a delivery, please contact us directly. Address changes to orders must be approved by us and are subject to additional rerouting fees.

Reimbursement: If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. In the event of a diminished value for which you are responsible, this amount will be deducted. We will also deduct third-party transaction costs such as crowdfunding platform fees, credit card fees etc. and additional costs incurred as a result of your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery which we offer.

If you are using your right of cancellation, we will refund your money within 14 days from the date on which we have received the returned goods.

We will make the reimbursement to the same means of payment, which you used for the original transaction, unless we have agreed otherwise. Klarna: Refund processing times vary and can take up to 14 days, depending on your financial institution. To check your refund status, check your Klarna account and your original form of payment method. If 14 days have passed and you are still missing your refund, please contact Klarna for further support. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
